A beta doesn't neg enough, an asshole negs too often, and the alpha negs just right. This is how I think of it.

The thing is, betas are bad at negging. They do not know how to stand their ground and make appropriate comebacks to shit women throw at them.

So, in my opinion, the solution is just to be an asshole. Overneg. Really hit some insecurities. It's good practice, and in time you'll learn which negs are better than others. You'll get a better feeling for how women's insecurities work and how to use them as your tools.
