I know we're totally against marriage, but realistically, not everyone is going to stay MGTOW for life. Here's some good life advice from an attorney.

Get a prenuptial agreement.

I know what you're thinking, dude this is MGTOW I'm not getting married! Or judges throw that shit out all the time!..... Well, there's a full-proof way to protect yourself.

  1. First, avoid community property states and register your marriage license within a state that has fault divorce. (Because if you get cucked, that'll sway the judges to rule favorably in fault states, especially if there are kids involved).

  2. Get a prenuptial agreement, BUT, make sure both sides are represented by competent attorneys. Make sure no one is intoxicated, under the influence, or has any reason to claim they were incompetent or coerced or whatever. In addition, make sure the provisions of the agreement are properly drafted (which your attorney will do). But here is the most important part....

  3. Hire a professional videographer to record the signing of the prenupt with you two and both attorneys present. In addition, the four of you must read the contract provisions aloud and agree on each provision while also ensuring that you and your future wife understand each provision (ex: you legally agree to forfeit all rights to alimony payments in the event of divorce etc).

  4. Make sure it was recorded, you're all in the screen, and it's audible. Make a ton of copies, and you're good! There is absolutely no way in hell a judge throws that out. If you get divorced and lose, then appeal it appeal it appeal it. You will eventually win.

Once again, I know we are against marriage, but realistically, not all of us MGTOW brothers will stay that way, so I'm just trying to help out here.
