Literally, there are six house cartoonists at British newspapers, and they've been in post since forever. Why create a stink over six jobs? What's the problem?

Newspaper cartoonists hold satirical power. If the feminazis can get feminist cartoonists in post, they will be less likely to be criticised. And one thing feminazis hate is being criticised.

The article is a warning message to the newspapers. They're basically saying that, when the time comes and your resident cartoonist retires, you'd better employ a woman next, or else. Who gives a shit if a man is the best candidate?! It's our turn!
