I spoke with my dads girlfriend today, she was telling me she brought up a doing a will with him and he blew a gasket, implying is response was unresonable. Which was im giving it all to my kids.

So he's got some kinda of cancerous lump on his lip at this point its not life threatening but hes had cancer, chemo etc... in the past.

They have lived together for 5 years but to receive a better benifit (disability pension) she's had her address elsewhere. (She told me this today)

She can't claim defacto because of her scamming so shes hounding him to be put onto his will. Although shes recently changed her address to his house.

She believes that because she has contributed to the bills etc... etc... she's entitled to the home. I told her that no matter where you live you have to pay your way.

Simply for paying a few bills she somehow thinks she is entitled to his home he worked his entire life for.
