I know a lot of people don't like cats, but ever since i was a baby i had cats. I had one dog at some point and i love the experience, but living in a condo i am not allowed to have a dog plus my long working hours 12h shift at night i could not leave a dog alone for that long.

Cats are lazy, water food lither and you got it all. I am the crazy cat old man hahaha but i could care less, having a pet, caring for a pet, i never feel alone when they are with me.
