I've only read half of this so far. This guy got fucking wrecked! Alimony for life AND is forced to maintain a joint bank account with his ex? That last part is a first for me. From my limited understanding, even though his income was deemed seperate, the court later deemed that he had to direct deposit his checks into a joint account with his ex wife?!

And what's this crazy part about his wife forcing him to sign contractual amendments every time they had a fight, before she would let him back in the house? That's beyond crazy. On top of that, am I reading that the guy was paying the mortgage of her inherited property while she was keeping the profits?

This guy was murdered. The weapon? A pen and a piece of paper.
