Just to be clear I’m in my early twenties so I can’t really speak from experience.

Everyone knows someone who has experienced one, but what is it really? To me it seems that it’s your very soul refusing to go on in an unsatisfactory way of life. Think of the stereotypical midlife crisis victim. Male, married, okay job, kids are grown. Years and years of blue pill behaviour forced on him. One day he gets up and buys a nice boat, a fancy car, or some other thing he can ill afford. This will of course piss off the wife, so maybe he takes his new car or boat and leaves town for a bit, goes half wild, and just does whatever the fuck he wants.

Is a midlife crisis your mind subconsciously trying to give you the red pill? Once red pilled, can you even have one in the traditional sense? Maybe the only true crisis is realizing you’re not happy with all that you’ve worked for up to that point. I’d like to read some thoughts on this, especially from any of the older mgtows who maybe experienced this.
