Nah.. Cause MGTOW has to do with the social dynamics rather than the economical situation. In addition, it doesn't matter much, cause women search for relative wealth, not the absolute part. That's why monkey branching is a thing. They start at status X and move on to status Y, Z by monkey branching. The dollar and it's backed resource doesn't matter. AWALT applies world wide.. not just the US

Consider.... monkey branched resources "gained" are after-tax.... taxes were paid by males.. males provided the labor for the resource...no paper trail / contract... a brilliant & soul-crushing system.

I would say currency devaluation definitely effects marriage numbers as income is needed for man to secure a mate but that's not the main reason between the gender divide. Marriage has always been tied to men's ability to obtain resources but lack of marriage ins not always due to gender conflict now does it cause large scale gender conflict. I think surplus resources and work environment contributes more to the gender conflict based on how it enables feminist ideals

In resource scarce environment man and women are force to cooperate to survive. Feminist ideals are explicitly and demonstrably false because we can see how unequal man and women are and how superior man are at obtaining resources.

When mechanization comes in and there is surplus resources, but labour still sucks, women tend to stay at home and have no problem with letting man do work and still desire marriage. Less gender wars. Case in point, when mechanization came to the farms in India women worked less in the field and stayed at home. Women work in textile sweatshops but opt out if they get a wealthy husband. In Japan where most work involves 70+ hours per week you see most women still desire marriage and less push for equality with less gender wars, similar phenomena in China, east Europe and even rural america. In these scenarios women do not want equality as equality would mean working in a terrible environment.

Whenever there is surplus resources in an economy less labour intensive work becomes viable which allows women into the work place. Women now want a piece of the pie without a husband since working isn't all back breaking and money feels easier to obtain. Most hard work that man still do are invisible since lots of cushy jobs exist. Women can now pretend to be equal as excess resources and government props them up.

However they come to the realism that things in reality are not equal due to biological reason which they of course ignore. They want what man has but can't compete through work so they get it by dragging men down through the government and war on boys. Remember, feminism and "gender equality" can only exist in a state with excess resources. We see this in the roman empire and the Tang dynasty as well.

You simply dont understand how a monetary system works.

1) Gold standard is an awful system that promotes unemployment, inequality and international imbalances.

2) The dollar is overvalued (take a look at the cc) and the inflation historically low.
