in the workplace.

I'm a guy in my mid twenties. I've had a very good STEM education and now work in one of the major tech hubs in the west coast. I enjoy working here as I'm surrounded by some very smart people (usually men). But this also happens to be one of the most liberal-regressive places in the US. Everyone here is convinced that the holocaust of our times is that there aren't more women in tech than men. Whatever, I don't really care. I'm just an employee. I'm not hiring them or taking their shit. I generally stay away from women and have a very fulfilling life thanks to mgtow.

But I'm making good progress and I see myself at a position in next 3-5 years where I'd be hiring people and leading groups and projects. I would ideally hire a woman if I find her professional, hardworking, and effective, same things expected of any man. But I'm afraid I'd inevitably have to deal with women's issues and complaints. It's very likely that I'd be forced to hire incompetent women just for the 'equalities'. I'd probably have some bitch from 'Diversity and HR' telling me how to do my work. Even though I'd be mgtow, I'd be dealing with women's shit anyways. And not to mention, the way women would kiss the ass of their bosses and later cry rape (cue: Harvey Weinstein) is very troubling.

So although I'm excited about my work in the future, the thought of these problems is putting a damper on my expectations. What do you guys think a man in my position can do?
