They don't. They outearn men. Women's salaries have grown every year, while men's salaries haven't budged since the 1970s. That's 50 years ago. The ONLY difference is that women work less than men do.

I hate sounding so sexist, but the line of work really has a huge impact on how well females perform.

At my work, women get paid the same as men. Only problem is we have hired an equal amount of women as men, and a woman has never once been able to.. Keep up on a busy day. Meanwhile the guys seem to have no issue. Sure there are lazy men, but the point is not a single woman has been able to fill the shoes of a man. It's not a hard job, just a lot of running around a big hotel, not terribly physical at all.

If we do a true work:compensation ratio (including stuff like taxation and social assistance), women make about 300% more than men for the same work. Men work harder, longer, dirtier, riskier hours than women, while earning the same/less amount per hour, and then give most of it away in taxes while receiving very little back, while women conversely pay little in taxes and receive the bulk of the benefits. Even so, men usually turn out more financially sound long term because we invest our money while women just spend theirs on frivolous garbage, providing no growth to society or themselves.

Women are gratuitously overpaid. Not only do men deserve to be paid more money, the money is better utilized in their hands.

Congrats on your promotion fella. Once time I didn't get the mgment job that was open and had to train some snotty bimbo to be my mgr... so I set her up for failure and sat back and watched the fun of the business being destroyed and humiliated, luckily I had better job offer at the time. But yeah, see business KNOWS that 90% of their $ comes from keeping women happy which they are bending over backwards to do but women really aren't happy. If business loses $, they lose power, locally, federally, etc. Just like all the Hollywood bullshit in the news. It's the only survival system most folks know so not keeping the ladies happy is a threat to businesses. It's quiet the predicament most businesses are in.
