By upset, she means being angry, disappointed, and "let down". Pretty well sums up the tensions of our relationship. Being reasonable isn't enough...

After she broke up with me, she was dating somebody else two weeks later. I was shaken up and blocked her to focus on myself. She reached out to me to reconnect in less than a year. I stumbled upon her boyfriend's Instagram after she texted me and saw that he was now single and also that he posted a picture with his arm around her while she and I were still dating. Hmm...
