OK - I had sworn off dating for the past two years after my ex and I broke up -- fast forward to a few weeks ago when, feeling lonely, I signed up fro OLD - I met someone and we instantly clicked on the phone - we went out to dinner last night and have a good time (although I think she was buzzed even before the date started - which she denied) -- we had dinner and were going to go for a walk and talk but it started to rain so we cut that short and made plans for the middle of this coming week to hang out

I suffer from bad insomnia and, when the clock rolled around to 7am, I finally decided to take ZzzQuil to get some sleep -- my phone rings around 12noon and, still in a ZzzQuil fog and haze, it is my date from last night - she asks if I want to come over and see her apartment because she has time before heading to work -- she also tells me she is not wearing pants -- still groggy and in a haze, I tell her I am in bed and probably couldn't even stumble to my own front door at the moment let alone getting in my car and driving to her door -- she instantly becomes agitated stating how if I really wanted to se her I would and that blaming ZzzQuil is jsut an excuse and I must not really be attracted to her and oh, by the way, yes, she was buzzed before our date even began last night -- WOW -- I thought this whole scenario was quite random - I am still groggy typing this but she ended up hanging up on me when I told her I was not risking a DUI because all of a sudden she wanted me to come over

UPDATE - she is now texting me saying I "fucked up" but not coming over and that she doesn't really think ZzzQuil puts me in a daze and then asking why I didn't kiss her last night (stating that I am either a "gentleman" or an "asshole" for not kissing her)
