Title says a lot of what I’m thinking. For about two years I’ve been following MGTOW. I’ve listened to YouTube channels, read books, browsed the sub. You name it. I was considered crazy by my coworkers for my views, but they were astounded how I could wrangle so many girls. I’m not great looking, I work out and I’m built, but that’s about all I have for me. Especially since I’m working part time just barely paying bills while I’m going back to school. They couldn’t believe my confidence.

About 6 months ago I met this girl. We work together. We started hanging out more and more, and well, we dated. I abandoned my old MGTOW views thinking the stupid thought she could be different than the rest. We get into petty arguments every now and then, but that’s normal I thought.

Last night things ended miserably between us and I’m glad for the slap-to-the-face wake-up call. I go over to her house, as I normally do. She’s drinking texting some guy about getting drunk with him etc. I ask her what that’s about and she says I never want to do anything fun with her because I’m always doing homework (engineering) and I don’t have time.

So that made me realize no matter how they come across in the beginning, they will all be the same. Unless you can dangle a fucking carrot in front their face for them to follow, they will branch off to the next thing. So yeah, you guys were right this entire time.
