I'm sure there are a few. I'm not going to name any off the top of my head. I always like the women of MadTV for some examples.

The first step is sifting through all the ones who think "comedy" consists of joking about their vagina or how much of a slut they are.

Think about that. Most of the male comedians you think of as funny... might have the odd dick joke here and there. But their act is constructed of 95% more than that. Many of the top "funny" comediennes have an act that exists almost entirely around sex.

Gilda Radner was original but she was in an ensemble cast, so it's tough to say if her jokes were original or worked on with others.
