Also 4. random coworkers and 5.. ex anybodies from any website.. Japan is a fucking mess. I work 60+ hours a week and still take shit from my coworkers for not being dedicated enough to the company. For some of these people its like a competition to see who can stay the latest, even if they aren't really doing anything meaningful. Or they just dick around all day and talk about how many hours they are working as if that's the measure of their worth as human beings. It's a fucking cult. Japan's #1 religion is the company.

Every time I see this article it says that she worked 160 odd hours overtime. Does anyone know what a standard work week or work month is in Japan? The overtime number doesn't tell you anything if you don't know what the base line is
