I disagree with this completely. Maybe because for me it isn't / wasn't projection on how I perceived people who were 2 decades older than I was. I actually am 40.

And you know what - When I got separated, the woman I was with was 41.

I'm financially independent, have a good car, own property, reasonably decent looking for my age. I don't drink, I have no kids or commitments. On paper and by "The wall" logic I should be swimming in opportunity.

I can tell you, I fucking gave up trying. If you think women at 40 are any less entitled or now "really need a man" - Think again. Sure you can go out and find some fat fucking disgusting woman who has hair growing on her ass. But if you want something reasonably fuckable then good luck to you.

As for my ex. She has commitments, 2 jobs. Drives a shit car, has a live in brother who is like a child, is 41, and well has a certain amount of baggage just like anyone at 41.

It took her 2 weeks of not really trying to have a host of suitors. All she fucking did was sign up to a dating site and uploaded one mediocre photo.

And I'm not talking about desperate losers either. The one she ended up fucking was some army guy, doing well for himself too.

And trust me she was very smug about the whole thing, she knows her weight in gold.

And it's simple, all men want is a piece of ass to fuck and someone to keep them company. They a) Don't give a fuck about the credentials of a female and b) Are willing to tolerate all kinds of inconveniences to keep that pussy wet.

The wall doesn't exist because there are armies of unhappy and single men out there (Thanks to feminism) who after YEARS of being alone will do just about anything to be with ANY woman who is at least fuckable.

I'm 41 and people think i'm 25.

Why? Because I avoided drinking, partying, smoking, taking drugs, sleeping around.

I now live in a quality pad in a quality area earning shitloads as a Software Developer and lots of disposable income.

Meanwhile 41 year old females are walking around looking 10 - 15 years older than they really are, with several kids by different men, a used up vagina, tens of thousands in debt and any number of mental illnesses as a result of the lifestyle they lead in their 20's and early 30's.

The same women who shunned me in their 20's saying I was "too nice" are the same ones who would now contact me on Facebook begging me to meet up with them... until I deleted Facebook that is :-D
