it depends on where he lives. If he lived in GA, the adultery would get him off the hook for Alimony. If he could then get a Guardian Ad Litem to visit his place and the mom's, he'd have a good shot at getting custody too.

We're ass-backwards on a lot of stuff here in GA but one of the more Man-friendly states for divorce.
