Pakistan has a severe shortage of doctors because as much as 80% of the medicine students are primarily females, as soon as they get graduated their parents arrange their marriages to potentially affluent families who don't need them to work, some continue despite of it and that is a very low number i'd say less than 10% most of which specialise in gynaecology or skin/cosmetic surgery.
