For example, if a woman wants advice, do you guys think some women will judge a guy as being smarter and being more worth listening to, if he is better looking? Even if she is not looking to date him? If a guy is an ugly nerd, will some women treat him as if he is worthless, even not wanting to be around him or to speak with him, even if he is really smart and would otherwise be helpful?

I don't think that all woman do this activity, but it does seem like I have seen it before with certain women, ones that seem more status-focused or shallow. I was wondering if this a known thing, or if it's just some coincidence instead.
