Quick context:Mom got fired a few months ago. I started uber last month, so I have no problem paying our monthly bills. Which total around $1200 not including groceries. She had my back for a long ass time (years) while I was super depressed, not working, and basically being a bum, so I have absolutely no problem allowing her to retire early.

I took her to the bank with me just to get her out of the house. I took out rent, so I can pay it early (11 days early ftw). She said I should give her $100 a week since she is at home. LMAO. I told her to her face that every day she is at home chilling not worrying about going to work or bills is her payment. I remember she asked something similar before and I told her ask her friends who are also in their 50s are they able to sit home all day and have their sons pay their bills lol.

While I do love my mom more than pretty much anyone else, excluding myself of course, I've accepted that like most, if not all women, she is retarded.

If she thought I was gonna add another $400 to my expenses just so she can have spending money for bullshit then she clearly doesn't know her own son.

Life is pretty good doing Uber. I can literally work only weekends and take sunday-thursday off (like I'm doing this week) and still be able to pay all of my shit early. Or work 2 weeks straight and be a month ahead on all my bills. OR work like 4 hours a night. Or just work whatever schedule I decide. Freedom tastes pretty nice. I wouldn't have this leisurely schedule if I took on extra obligations like paying mom, a girlfriend or fucking kids lol.
