The only thing that sucks about this is as a result the one social entitlement program I will actually need, social security, is going to vanish right around the time I retire, despite the fact that I have paid into it my entire adult life.

Fortunately, I will never have an ex-wife requiring me to finance the lifestyle to which she is accustomed.

I disagree, the population needs to decline. Soon automation will destroy most of the jobs in the world. We need a smaller population to fit the small amount of jobs that will be available

Interesting how they seem to have forgotten that the real "baby bust" was the generation (aka GenX) that followed the "baby boom." (And the reality is that, at least in part, THAT "bust" was just an echo and/or consequence of the dramatic birthrate decrease during the Great Depression era {aka the "Silent" generation} -- although to be sure, the advent of "abortion on demand" didn't help matters.)
