If you can keep 50% of your income in savings, after a few years that really adds up. Once you get $200k you can start flipping small $40k houses to get a feel of Realestate. I know a ton of guys that partnered up in flipping houses right after the housing crash and are now filthy rich with new Maserati cars every year because they already have millions in the bank.
