Someone explain this logic to me: we live in a society in which a woman can retroactively withdraw her consent 20 years later and a man will be charged with rape. Society overwhelmingly supports this.

At the same time, in prison the biggest bullies and most scum criminals, such as murderers, get the green light to rape other males who did much less severe crimes, and society is perfectly fine with that, because "they deserve it because they are a criminal" and yet at the same time their rational for allowing prison rape instead of doing the common sense act of shoving a cactus up the prison rapists asses and then decapitating them with a 2 by 4, which is what is probably done in logical patriarchal authoritarian countries, is that "prisoners must also have human rights." Literally wtf? Lack of logic and double standards all over the place. Nothing less expected from a feminist society.
