Countless times, the ogic behind this one goes like this. Man doesn't want to use woman for anything else besides pump and dump. According to the woman's logic, man must have burned by women in the past. As a result he has commitment issues. Woman then argues she is not like this.

The woman's logic is flawed. Replace woman with "con artist" and it becomes comcial.

Assumint you had your tradcon wife, talk to any old guy who is around 80, and what happened with his parents. Most likely his mother didn't fuck around but she was constantly nagging.

When. I told a woman that the problem is all women nag. She claimed she is not a nagger, then nagged at me for ten minutes abiut why I should not generalize with women. I shutup since she basically proved my point.

My wife says this to me because I want out of the marriage. In 16 years she's cheated and I left for 2 years (never should've gone back I totally fucked up), then I caught her Facebooking some loser bartender wanting to hook up for "drinks" (and I'm sure fucking), then she basically took a sabbatical from our marriage and spent 2 years partying with her divorced friends getting hammered and acting like a 20 year old sorority girl but swears nothing ever happened (and I'm just supposed to believe that with her history?)

But of course I have "to learn to trust her", is she fucking kidding me? No one in their right mind would ever trust her again or expect anything different.

Her idea is a hard reset, pretend like NONE of this shit happened and I just move forward with a clean slate, yeah doesn't fucking work that way unfortunately. Maybe I'll try that with my creditors "Hello Capital One? Ummm, that $17,545 I owe you, that's really from mistakes in the past, can we just move forward with a clean slate?"

"You need to learn to trust" is code word for "I'm a cheating whore but please pretend like I'm not and don't bring it up again".
