Basically, these people seem to be under the impression that women are immediately exempt from everything bad ever. Because, you know, pussy. On the rare occasion when people don’t bow down to the all-encompassing power of a woman’s genitals, the term “pussy pass denied” is typically used to highlight that fact.

Actually pussypassdenied is a repository for stories about women who didn't get away with something they normally would get away with. Getting punched back when throwing punches themselves, or ending up in jail because they made a false rape accusation being some examples.

It has nothing whatsoever to do with "being angry about women being capable of doing things too". If anything it is a place that celebrates examples of women being held to the same standards as men.
