Hey I've been on both sides of the spectrum.. I was a beta for my first crush when I was 14 and a chad at 17 when I lost my virginity and fucked a few girls after that. The thing you need to understand is, betaness is a phase, a one time thing. It's not a life sentence. Either physical, emotional or mental limitations is keeping you beta. For that read inspirational books (48 laws of power, how to win friends and influence people etc.), go to gym and lift, learn skills that will be useful (how to repair a car, learn how to cook, learn to play an instrument, learn how to shoot a gun etc.)

It's all about mentality man and its hard to change that shit but change your beta habits and replace them with alpha ones

Wake up at 6.30 in the morning, shower, wear good stylish clothes, pick a decent cologne etc.

Look like you are the mob boss of your city every fucking day. Half of your confidence comes from your looks and your dress. The other half is mentality. Alphas can kick ass in suits as well as shorts and flip flops.
