In the USA though, at least to my knowledge which is admittedly limited, obtaining that without incurring a meaningful amount of risk is a lot easier said than done and there seem to be multiple layers of risk involved.

Where do they even advertise given prostitution's illegal status?

How do I partake in the service without being fucked by the police and the government?
