A guy at my old work was a ex convict druggy that beat the shit out of his girlfriend and went to prison. He was on work release.

He was also dishonorably discharged from the military and had spent 14 months in prison for threatening a co worker with a gun, just a year before beating up his girlfriend.

That's when I truly learned that Chad, even as a heroin addict with no teeth, a long rap sheet of domestic abuse (real abuse) and covered in tattoos could get more women than 80% of men.
