So I'm kind of stumped MGTOW. Having used my resources for myself for the past years, I've already bought myself an acreage at a young age. Going into it, I knew I wanted to increase the value of it, and potentially buy something better when the economy flipped (bought it in a downturn)

Just this week I rented an excavator and cleared out all of the dead trees, the ugly underlying brush, and removed any stumps. I've constructed 5 burn piles for this winter and two log decks to chop up at my leisure. Firewood in my neck of the woods is an actual resource that can be sold or used.

I've significantly opened up the space, but I'm interested in using it to make an extra amount of money. I'm thinking of planting tree seedling and reselling them in a couple years as a profit to people in nearby towns. The water table is close, I can construct an auxiliary well inexpensively for irrigation. My climate doesn't really support fruit trees, plus the soil hasn't been the greatest for vegetable farming.

My question is, if you owned land what would you do with it?
