The saying in my head is "hypergamy doesn't care!" I feel bad for this guy, but then again scenarios like this are all too predictable these days. Once you serve your purpose, they trade you in for cash and prizes.

My son has even talked about girls going to college these days to look for a husband with a good paying job. They get what they want and then after a while they decide they don't want them anymore and decide they need to trade up. The scenario plays out that they still need to be taken care of even though they probably pushed for the marriage and initiated the divorce. Marriage has been ruined to the point that it gives all women too much leverage and control. Consequently, the natural reaction from men is MGTOW.
