The big reveal in this movie is supposed to be:

Mary Sue, strong independent heroine, hooked up with the biggest bad boy of the galaxy, got pregnant and toxic masculine white surpremacist emo dude is comming after the poor mother and their child and tries to kill her.

Yep, sounds legit to me.
