Summary: Lesson learned from my journey. Calisthenic, Yoga, Martial art, and web camming.

Welcome, Neo I imagine that right now you are feeling a bit like Alice, tumbling down the rabbit hole. Let me tell you why you are here. You are here because you know something. What you know, you can't explain, but you feel it, you felt it your entire life, that there is something wrong with the world, you don't know what it is, but it's like there is a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. It is this feeling that has brought you to me. Do you know what I am talking about?... The Matrix... Do you want to know what it is? The Matrix is everywhere it is all around us. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth.. What truth? That you are a slave Neo. Like everyone else you were born into bondage. Born into a prison that you can't smell or taste or touch, a prison for your mind. Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself. This is your last chance. After this there is no turning back, you take the blue pill the story ends you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill , you stay in wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes. Remember all I'm offering is the truth, nothing more.

The man needith nothing to learn his own ways. It is essential to understand you are already what you want to be. You are a man. You know exactly what I mean. You are always growing, every second. There will come a time when someone will have to stand & you will have the courage to do so. I am who I am because I am a man, I have always been a man & I grow into that level of freedom each & everyday. You must allow yourself freedom from the walls to not limit your mind don't let anything confine you. I free myselfs from the masculine restraints society would have me repress. If it were not for the red pill I would have grown accustomed to repressing sexual desires, social dominance, and masculine traits. I would have continued playing fair in an unfair fight. Now I game. As an icon to focus, determination, courage, dedication, passion, charisma, kindness, & wisdom. A man the way things should be, born into the world a boy knows how to be a man.

Life has been different lately, I have changed, I have become a new man. A product of all my past actions, I stand today triumphant. My mind is sharp, my body energized, my focus is unwithered. BE here, Right now in this moment. You are the leaders of tomorrow, just as many have changed you, you will change others, you have changed others, just through your nature. A rich man once told me : ”They don’t care how much you know, they care how much you care.”

I offer up all I have to offer. That is my story, and how I do things. I took the pill but I was born a man. I have experience the feelings naturally and nobody can tell me what it is to be a man. I have learned many lessons since taking the pill and I have noticed nature responding to my dedication.

Diet philosophy I eat a plant based diet of fruits, vegetables, seed and nuts. I get my protein mostly from seeds (hemp seeds) but their is a surprising amount in some vegetables. I drink only clean water. No sugar, caffeine, alcohol, or tobacco. I could write a small post on my diet philosophy.

Calisthenics I started with calisthenics, I completely stopped lifting weights and do only body weight workouts (search Barstarzz or an app called Madbarz) The bars made me whole I am. They have made my hands as tough as leather, my mind as strong as steel, and my punch as quick as lightning. I have failed 100s of times, that is no reason to give up your passion, you must be stronger, you have to be unstoppable, you must not wither, the man who is the best at something is often the one who has failed the most time. I used the bars as a tool to teach me life lessons. Each workout my aim was not only to become physically strong but mentally stronger. I would conquer my mind. I went to battle with the bitch that lives inside of me. I would go there and beat the shit outa the little bitch every time he reared his ugly face telling me to stop or the pain was too much. Calisthenics doesn’t make you look the Ronnie Coleman, it gives you leans muscle. It will give you a steel metal frame to operate from.
Yoga

Then I began yoga. The mat has taught me many lessons that translate into every aspect of life. It has taught me; to find peace in stressful situations, to willing put yourself in challenging positions, mental disciple. Much like seated mediation. You must clear your mind and stay focused. Rather you are so focused, your mind clears. This can be achieved one day and forgotten the next if you are not careful. Through yoga I have made myself more adaptable, flexible, versatile.

Martial Arts Next I began Muay Thai & Jiu Jitsu. The lessons are the same. Don’t lose your head when things get crazy. For an example, you're pinned to the mat, if you freak out and try with all your might to break loose, your going to run out of energy. You must relax, breath, think. This takes some stress conditioning. By putting yourself in these situation regularly so you can think tactically rather than emotionally. The next lesson I learned was about being versatile. With all your attention focused in the moment you become aware of fleeting moments of opportunity. When you commit to a plan or one move you become predictable. If you're thinking kick for too long your opponent senses this. Rather you must remain in the moment and jab at opportunities that present themselves.

*Remain calm in hectic situations( don’t lose your head “Frame”) *All focus must be in the moment (The warrior knows nothing but the moment because he may die at any second. It takes his full focus to watch the sword of his enemy and be aware of his opportunities to score the winning blow.) *Remain adaptable open to the possibilities or you might miss an opportunity.

All of this stuff can be translated into game. If you can mentally put a girl on her back before she even know what hit her, with a swiftness like Bruce Lee, she will give you all that feminine energy that keeps you strong. A good girl will nurture your masculinity, and never repress it. They will fulfill your every desire. This stuff should come easy, it should be fun, it is a game. Physical fitness is the only thing I have going for me in that category.

It honestly works to use a combination of assertiveness and dominance with receptiveness and submission. It’s like in fighting, you must roll with the punches( receptive). move with them, and strike with boldness( assertive). It is all the tricks girls use used on males to manipulate them.

My hypothesis is there's power in submission. Observe the power a female has over a male she regularly submits to. The power is still there but the male ego blinds him from the truth. HE is being manipulated. I got a lot of my strategy from listening to the Art of Seduction while playing the game. My goal was to manipulate a guy into give me his money by any means necessary. Stroke a man's ego and you will control him. Control a man or women and you relieve them of all the pressure of being in charge. By taking charge you take on an enormous responsibility, you must be decisive, quick, and smart. People want to be lead, by a worthy leader.

I met a lot of cam girls, I can only give you my hypotheses I would have to solidify to a theory.. I would not waste much time doing this, only for sport a couple of times to see if my game was strong. Like I said, you automatically lose if you approach as a beta. At the time, I was reading art of seduction. So many things translated. I was doing a lot of things to experiment and it all seemed to work. You can easily blind a man with his own fantasy. The power over men is to control their fantasies. You have to explore their minds, find out what they want and play a song that they like. We all have repressed desires. You can play on this, by seducing them with subtle openness allowing these repressed desires to surface.

Some want to be dominated, by this i mean they want to follow a good leader. Others want to dominate. Being adaptive allows you to play any role necessary to play the seducer and manipulate your victim for gain.
