Ignore it. This is nothing.

If people start gossiping or spreading rumors, carry a notebook around and start recording incidents with names, times, places, witnesses and content of rumors. Once you have a solid pattern, go directly to your manager in a firm and polite tone and tell them that you refuse to be the target of this sort of behavior and that you would like it handled immediately. If your manager tries to play it off, tell them that you do not put up with nonsense in the workplace, and that these things are better dealt with before they get out of hand. If your manager still doesnt deal with it, joins in or you suffer reprisals, then go to the next level of management. If you have an official HR department, keep them apprised the entire way with short, concise and unemotional notes of what is happening.

your thinking to much on this.you can not control what people say about you no way no how.do your job and make the boss happy that's it and never go out for drinks with any of them.

It seems you have a decent relationship with your boss, so ask him. I would phrase it like you want to be a true member of the team. Be straight up, he'll gain even more respect for you. Just don't mention the gossip and shit. Just say I've noticed the culture here seems to be more talkative than I'm used to, should I work on that or am I ok with the way I've been handling it, I prefer to focus on the task at hand.

This is just women trying to put you into their established social hierarchy at your work. Ignore it, and do your job as safely and efficiently as possible and your boss will probably promote you sooner, while they complain that they never get promotions as they are all talking instead of working.

Also never shit where you eat. I would rather have a third testicle than have a relationship with a coworker, it's bad business and it's bad for your health.

What sort of help do you need? I can almost guarantee that the women are not helping you because either they are not physically or mentally capable of doing the task, or they feel that men should only help women not women should help men. As a man you are paid less than you are worth to do more jobs than your job description says you should. That's what "equal pay" means in the workplace. Dont expect women to help you, they will just sit on their ass play with their phone and pretend they know what they are talking about while they gossip behind their coworkers back. It's like that in every office.
