How? If you are referring to the fact that 4.3 is different from 1.5, also realize that "made to penetrate" is different from "made to penetrate, physical violence, and / or stalking by an intimate partner." The only thing they are guilty of IMO is providing much less data about men than women; 7/8 bullet points provide additional data about women, only 1 about men, and it barely provides more data.

But that's not even close to intentional misleading.
