Dumbasses. Most women lug around a baby and use the changing table in the bathrooms to change their diaper. Babies scream all of the time. Other than that... I guess it's a pretty good idea.

I'll give women this one. They are probably more at risk to get mugged or raped in a bathroom.

But then again... What if a little boy goes into the bathroom?? He NEEDS to have something like this in his bathroom.
