Interpreting that to mean rape, is quite the stretch. Obviously, I don't think any women deserve rape, irrespective of how they dress. But, they sure as shit aren't going to get 'respect' when they literally walk around with half of their ass cheeks and tits hanging out; and yes - LITERALLY. That's how girls dress where I live on the weekends.

I've never heard a man say a woman shouldn't come crying if she gets raped when she's dressed like a whore. Ironically, however I have heard a female say that.
