I like how all the commentators are saying things like “finally a victory for men”. She still received half of the assets and would have got to keep the full value of the car, had she not neglected to pay insurance or not totaled the vehicle. If this was a typical family court judge, the female would have likely won and they would have forced the man to pay her court fees and pain and suffering for having to go to court. The gynocracy is alive and well.
