The end of the devolopment of the mind isn't a choice but a biological fact. Women stop developing mentally when they stop their puberty while men develop throughout their lives. Think biologically, what sense would it make to go through the effort of devoloping the female mind? Absolutely none. All they need to do is spread their legs, take care of kids until they reach 5 years old and not die. That's pretty much their role in society. Even a 14 year old can do what a woman has done throughout the human existence. That's not weird either because women has gotten kids earlier than the end of the now puberty (16). Getting their first kids after 20 is a new concept that is only a few hundred years old at best.

Women have an edge over men because they go through puberty first, at a younger age. The thing is, that's the most maturing girls will do. I know several "women" who I met at around 13 who are now in their mid 20's. Even after all these years, some having kids and getting divorced already. most of these women still talk and behave as if they're still 13 years old.
