Same, but I don't believe the exceptions form the rule. I think my point stands unless you can prove it to be untrue:

Men and women get paid the same for the same jobs.

There's no wage gap. The only gap is a workload gap, which you seem to agree with me at first:

if it is a physical job legally they don't have to lift as much (and most couldn't anyway) yet that is not taken into account for some reason

But then disagree with me later:

I've worked with some lazy dramatic guys and hard working women.

The point is, less women work jobs where heavy lifting is required in the first place. Obviously, women who end up in jobs with heavy lifting are going to be required to work hard (and most likely will without issue) because it's what they signed up for.

As with all things, men are more volatile than women, so you're going to have harder workers from men, but you're also going to have lazier workers from men. Women are more constant, and thus, can be more relied upon to be dramatic and lazy and avoid hard work, as that is the norm for women and far from the exception.

If we're talking about strictly heavy lifting grunt labour jobs- workers compensation has different lifting standards, so there can definitely be and legally is supposed to be a workload gap, though not a wage gap which is messed up. Not that many women go into heavy trades like rebar, but working in a warehouse for example, it can lead to men having to do all the heavy work, which for the same wage can be pretty unfair.

As far as general traits, I don't think men are harder workers or lazier in general, it is more of a person by person thing. Women are not more constant, take "that time of the month" for example, and in groups they can definitely be cattier in general, but as far as working hard, it really is more of a case by case thing regardless of sex, if anything personality type would play more of a role. If it is working as an accountant for example- sex is irrelevant as far as doing the job. What can be unfair is when the employer is incentivized to hire women over men (applications often ask to indicate if you are female or a visible minority because of this) which happens more and more.

Women are absolutely more constant. In intelligence level, work-ethic, income-level. In just about everything, women are about the same as one another.

When it comes to men, even in the most female-dominated fields, you still have a quantifiable percentage of men in the industry, whereas the same cannot be said for women. Men makeup the geniuses of the world, but also the dumbest of the dumb. And this translates directly over to work-ethic. Men are absolutely the hardest workers, but they can also be the laziest. Men makeup the extremes in every aspect of life, whereas women define the status quo. You have more successful male CEOs in any system just like you have more male prisoners in any system, just like you have more women working lowly office jobs making average wages in any system (receptionists, like your example).

This is provable in every way and is directly correlated to intelligence by gender.

That's just really not true. It has everything to do with gender and little to do with much else. You have to remember that men are the funniest, but also the most boring, whereas women usually just fall somewhere in the middle. I've never laughed to a female comedian, but I've cried tears of laughter from male comedians, and I've also been bored to tears by them. Men have more of a personality, so if you wanted to link professions and work-ethics by personality with men, that would work. But personality-wise, most women are the same. They share the same interests and hobbies and therefore do the same things. Personality is not a good factor at all to determine where a women would work or how hard she works. Most women are just the same in all aspects here.

Perhaps you mean women are more emotionally volatile, and yes I agree, in comparison to men. But relative to other women, women are usually just as emotionally volatile as the next, and thus, more constant.

On some level I can see the constant thing you are talking about- 2 guys get mad at each other say "fuck you" or throw punches and then the conflict is over, men commit more violent crime, due to this volatility. Women hold grudges long term and will try to ruin their enemy's life. Women have far more social acuity and can read body language naturally a lot better and manoeuvre so as opposed to a spike in activity it is a long game, men generally react and let it go.

But as far as effort at work I have worked office and labour jobs and it really is by the person.

Men and women have differences and choose different professions- that is part of the wage gap thing- heavy duty mechanics make more than elementary school teachers.

Of course some fields like heavy lifting trades will be almost totally men and no women, but there are male and female hairdressers- it is the physical limitations, along with general interests, not that one is smarter. Note that women largely outperform men in school, I know this isn't real world application, but if we are looking at averages and figures, there is that. Again in the real world application is by the person, things like decision making and analytical thinking come into play. In general men tend to be more logical and women more feelings based- logic is very important in business, that can be part of how more men have risen up in business successfully.

Women are definitely not all the same in the workplace- I have worked with women who check their makeup every 5 minutes and are basically useless, and women that know the products inside and out and work their asses off, just like men.

Your experience and arguments are all subjective, so you've got to remember that. Always better to look at actual studies. If you're going to go by anecdotal evidence, better to go by many people's stories as opposed to just yours. I am tempted to think you're only recently redpilled as you sound fairly bluepilled. You give women way too much credit, especially when it comes to social acuity and skills at reading body language. Not to mention, girls only do better in school because it rewards things that women are naturally better at like rote memorization and domestication. Not to mention how the tests (including even the IQ tests) have been modified to tilt in women's favor because they found that women actually tested very poorly (these are all basic red pills). There's always going to be a few women who work hard, but for the most part, they all only work to afford their makeup and start useless drama at work, and only plan to work long enough to lock down a man and become a stay at home mom. You can read story after story of business owners who tried hiring women only and found their businesses underwater quicker than you could blink an eye, but that is never the case with men-only workplaces. It's difficult, but learning how to ignore subjective reality in order to look at the bigger picture is a worthwhile skill to learn. It sucks, but personal experience doesn't add up to shit in comparison to actual statistics that take millions of people into account. Women are mostly the same, most men are different. Most men work hard, but we've got the laziest and also the hardest workers. Whereas most women are just shit at work.

Men and women are different overall, men vs women are definitely better suited to certain fields and professions, they also in general choose different careers.

You're right that due to the feelings over facts preference of women in general that some businesses will not go well and be a bad thing, but it really depends on the person and industry. Many men-only workplaces fail as well. It depends on the person.

In a neutral job like accounting if the person can do the job, sex doesn't matter.

Given your general description of women I get the feeling you have limited experience with actual real live women. Taking the red pill and becoming a misogynist are not the same thing.

Just giving up- eating cheetos, getting fat, playing video games and cursing women all the time puts you in the screwed category- not just from womens perspective but life in general. When u/JediFapArtist, is using the word "volatile", I believe he is not referring to "emotional volatility." I think he means men have a "higher degree of variation" or a larger standard deviation in that particular attribute.

In essence, he's saying men have a higher representation in the upper and lower ends of the bell curve when it comes to both IQ and work ethic. He posts a link essentially proving this point when it comes to male IQ normal distributions. Almost as if there is a bimodal distribution (2 humps, one at high IQ and another at low IQ) rather than a normal bell curve.
