Single mother hooks up with drug dealing scumbag ("because tingles"). He kills baby and Social Services are blamed for failings. Why is no-one blaming the mother for her poor choices in life and crim boyfriends?

I made poor choices in life and I paid in cash; when people like this make poor choices the taxpayer pays in the form of benefits and social services infrastructure
