I don't know about the rest of you but I used to watch this show with my dad growing up and loved it. The movie that came out in 1998 wasn't that bad as a modern interpretation as far as we were concerned. This new Netflix show is...garbage. It is full with feminist garbage. The Mom is somehow in charge and the dad is left aside as the typical man who doesn't know how to take care of his family (he was a fucking marine for God's sake). The only thing I've enjoyed so far is that they made Dr. Smith a woman. That's right, they made a woman the antagonist, probably since a man in that role getting close to a boy would trigger someone. Let's be honest though, Dr. Smith being a woman is pretty spot on to how women are currently. All in all I think the show is a little entertaining only because of the alien robot. I don't mind that change.
