I've posted it before, and I'll post it again:

Fuck that noise. I could tell when I was still in grade school that a woman can't have it all. That's not to say anything negative about her abilities or competencies, it's that there just isn't enough time in a day/life to be a wife / mother / homemaker and have a career at the same time.

Even with that being the case, women still have it better than men: They can choose if they want to have a career or a family. Men? Notsomuch. We can have a career or....not. But then, not that I'm complaining about that, my career fulfills me.

I do find that graph of marriages lasting fascinating. AND published by the CDC; it doesn't get much more reputable than that. That's fantastic. I also find it very amusing that feminists will never link to that graph.

Is 21+ some sort of extremely high number?

I know very few women under the age of 25 who haven't hit that figure some time back. I discussed this with a 22 year old I met on tinder who was fresh out of uni and said most girl are between 20-30 at her age. I've heard girls who've never had a serious relationship talking about a seripus dry patch after 4 weeks. I think these figures are pretty standard due to the way the world is now. If they do the poll in 20 years time I think that the standard figures on that graph will be a lot different.
