I lift weights/exercise out of self love and improvement for 2 reasons, 1. To stay healthy mentality and physically 2. So I can protect myself if shit hits the fan (mind you I'm 6'5 and all my life short men have tried to fuck with me to prove something for themselves, similar to prison). The problem is men self improving out of insecurity in hopes that they will be loved for their body and in the end you're setting yourself up for suffering by doing this. However like I mentioned before it's important to look after your health and be able to bark back when it's called for (in my experience).

What's going on here with this tweeker (Twitter user) is hes so caught up in American philosophy (birth, career, marriage, children, death). He can't see life any other way. Pussy is the agenda and he will sacrifice freedom and justify it by all means necessary. This man has chosen security over freedom, to each his own, GYOW. What you drive, wear or possess does not define you as a man. It's the wisdom you hold and the actions you take that makes you a real man.
