Hey everyone,

I've been lurking on and off, discovered RP at 17, denied/raged for awhile but almost 3 years later I'm here. Let's get straight to the point.

I'm at a "top 50" college, "top 25" liberal arts, I put the quotations because I know in the real world it may not mean jack shit, but I cannot "go on my own" until I complete my 4 years here. Parents are paying in full and I'm already too deep in my Bachelors for Arts and Rhetoric so my question to you guys is how can I make the most of the situation to set myself up after college? (I've been reading books such as Ben Franklins bio, Meditations and have just purchased financial startup books)

The institution pushes students to do unpaid internships, I don't have anything set for the summer at this current moment and would like advice if getting "any job" would be wasting my time or if there's benefit to some. In the past I've just worked for a family members flooring company, but would prefer other options. Let me know if I'm being unclear or more information would help.

Appreciate the discussions that go on here, grateful to have found this early in life.
