Morning gentleman,

I recently received a promotion that took me into more of an office role rather than working in the field. Up until this point I’ve never really had a job where I’ve had to work with women, but now most of the clients and coworkers I will communicate with everyday are women.

So what is your advice for dealing with women in the workplace?
