Me IRL: no job, overdrawn bank account, almost out of food, lost truck and trailer, was severely depressed. Don't see my friends much. I thought long and hard about pulling the trigger on myself, but decided to give myself another fighting chance at a sustainable and interesting life. I sold what I could, took my last paycheck, and withdrew my limited retirement funds to build a touring bike and get some basic survival gear like a tent and winter sleeping bag. I'm leaving it all behind to start over, and taking my MGTOW ways with me. This single phrase, which I drilled into myself a few years ago, has served me well. It may help guide you as well friend. "There are ALWAYS other options." GYOW, revel in that fact, and get moving. As mentioned above, just do something in the morning. You gotta "win the day." Start by making your bed every morning. It's a keystone habit. Research keystone habits, it's a great start to a great life of freedom. :)
