My prediction of how MGTOW will become widely known about

One way MGTOW will become mainstream will be through a relevant male celebrity (most likely a young man in his late teens or 20s) professing their adherence to the MGTOW lifestyle, and literally calling it MGTOW by name. This will occur in an interview, or on a mass broadcast platform such as Twitter or YouTube. That's when the mainstream media will start to wonder what this is all about, and that is when the lid gets blown off.

I predict this will happen within the next two years.
