So, while this seem like a mildy tangential post, where do you guys find solid male role models? Some context for where this question is coming from without too much info for doxing is: I've reached a point at age 21 where I just seem to have stagnated while technically winning, and I'm unsure where to go from here. I graduated last year from advanced trades school, moved out, got a solid job as an electrical tech (my field), earned two promotions in the past 6 months, have paid off all my debts, have hobbies such as climbing, math, and investing, but, I just don't know where else to go or do? I've been debating returning to university for a mathematics degree part-time, but I can't really see a benefit to it, and the school doesn't offer an engineering upgrade for me.

So my question to you guys is, where do you find inspirational or mentorlike people to engage with/learn from?
