Yes, to an extent (No pun intended). It will allow you to build up more free testosterone, and retain important nutrients like Zinc. Just don't go for too long, as it will then have the opposite effect. Try going for a while and see how you feel.

Speaking from personal experience, went 5 months without any sort of release. Once you hit about the one month mark it starts to wear down on you and become too pent up.

I think no porn is the best thing about nofap. I get too aggressive and angry if I don't fap for a couple days
