john ghomeshi was acquitted exactly because of what they want to make inadmissible..

i wouldn't be surprised if next they make it illegal for the accused to have an attorney represent them.

..after this, how about lock up the accused, allow no outside contact or resources and they build their case from a prison cell.

why not, after accused, just bring him in for sentencing and get it over with.

they really do want to allow females to simply point to a man and have him sent to prison.

If in Canada a husband can rape a wife, then many wives will scream rape. It's cheaper than a divorce lawyer. And the women gets everything after they send the husband to prison for 20 years.

This seems like an expansion of "Yes means Yes".

Under YmY the burden of proof is shifted. Your no longer innocent until proven guilty but got until proven innocent. This can happen because YmY is only a role on college campus tribunals, not a part of the Justice system how the government.

Under this Canadian Bill I see justice being a lot harder to obtain.
